If you're using your mobile phone, you can check the remaining balances on your account using the MyDigicel App.
View your balances by clicking here.
Step 1. Select “Log In”.
Step 2. Enter your phone number in the space provided; Select “Continue.” A 4-digit code will be sent through SMS (text message). Enter the code in the slots and select ‘Continue.’
Step 3. Select “Menu, " at the top left-hand corner of your screen, then select “Account & Balances”.
Step 4. Here, you will see your credit balance. If there is a Data/Voice/Plan on your account, the balance will also be shown along with any related bonus balances.
